If you can move a hive or two to drain off the flyers then minimal
protection should be needed.

Over here we would expect to have to do a full risk assessment with the
college and each student would be required to sign a written disclaimer
which would also ask questions about all previous allergic reactions. (We
have also introduced this into our association apiary.) You cannot be too
careful these days.
