Yoon,
You answered your question. Migratory beekeeping in the US goes back to
the date bees were introduced to the Americas.
I think what you want is - when did commercial pollination services
start in the US. Bees have been moved by people since people figured out
how to confine them to a vessel of their choosing, be it a log, pot,
skep or whatever. So migratory beekeeping in history goes back to before
there was history.
