Logic might suggest that the ability and inclination to fly in poor weather would help.  Perhaps even, given the etiology of the disease, a large rectum and powerful sphincters!

Experience dictates that there will be useful genetic variation amongst bees for tolerance of the Nosema species, and that predicting the traits in advance that are responsible for any resistance will be difficult.
