I am going to increase the amount of honey tonight to a tablespoon. Still

I read the book. I thought it was a goofy fad diet. I'm not eating mackerel.
(yuck) I skipped the "diet" and exercise plan and went straight for the
honey. For six months I ate two tablespoons of honey at bedtime and lost 30
lbs. For the next six months I skipped the honey and gained 10 lbs. There
is something to it, I think.
