North Carolina has the tank/fumigation chamber.  I don't believe it's 
especially portable.  The NC bee inspectors sometimes help transport 
equipment to the chamber, though.  The whole process is heavily subsidized 
by the state.

I thought I heard Maryland has a similar set-up.
