First I was aware of Thelytoky having been told about it a while ago by Dee, 
howver the beekeeper asking the question was obviously a neophite tot he 
craft and a thoroughly accurate answer would only serve to confude hin /her.

Secondly about the arrival of AHB to an area, I did not realise that the 
bees needed to have a state declaration before they could arrive.
