Wonderful news but most of these test tube or petri dish findings have 
trouble making it to the cancer in our bodies. There are many products 
that fight cancer and other diseases well in the lab, but it is the 
delivery system that is found wanting.

Where many of these might work is preventative. But then you need a 
large study to see if they do work, and that costs lots of money to do 
well.
