Thank you, that is some excellent information. However is there a study
that demonstrates the process and its time frames at various
temperatures?

Again though, I assert that a responsible seller sells honey and ANY and
ALL food products with a FIFO methodolgy (First In First Out) to ensure
product remains fresh.
