Perhaps it was the greatest reason of all to take bees
to the sea,,, To use as curency 'For trade with other
lands'. Evidence is showing the ancient Chinnese
routenly transported honeybees by sea centuries ago
with Cambodia.
"There were two Chenlas "Land Chenla and Water
Chenla". Land Chenla was a part of former Khmer Empire
is now Laos. In those old days, Cambodians always sold
pure wax and honeybees to foreigners and Chinese
sailors in Water Chenla before taking those pure wax
and honeybees back to their home."
