I contacted the user of 'honey molasses' and got the following reply -

Dear Matthew:
 
According to our chef, honey molasses is a refined honey, not available for 
sale. Tony Roma's recipes are proprietary information and not available for 
distribution. Thank you.

I also queried whether their labelling was legal, to which they did not 
reply. Did anyone else have a response from them?
