Hi all,
The information given in the last days that "sugar honey" could be legally sold in France is absolutely wrong .
In that matter, the french legislation is following 100% the text of the Codex Alimentarius : honey is nothing but the natural substance elaborated by the bees -Apis mellifera - with plant nectar etc..;
Then, you can of course make and sell that "sugar honey", but without using at all the word "honey" .
Tremendous rains in Provence and Rhône valley this week . Six people died, and so many hives ...
