Hi Lloyd
The speaker at our meeting was giving tips on how to prepare honey
for show. He is responsible for judging the honey entries at the
Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto where the competition is
fierce and one crystal could mean second place. My honey is mostly
crystallized when it is sold. I don't use heat.
