When I first started I used a large wax melter
purchased from Kelly's. After using it for a few
years I went to a Solar Wax Melter and have never
used the Kelly's unit since.
I place all my wax in a paint strainer bag which
is like cheese cloth and let the sun do all the work.
The cheese cloth cleans all the unwanted particles
and leaves me with some really nice wax.
