Our main honey blooms seem to come at the same dates regardless of Spring
weather, but fruit bloom can vary by several weeks due to temperatures.
The main _honeyflow_ dates however (not the bloom) seem to move around a
lot, in both onset and length, regardless of flowers being there, but not
due to any single factor we can appreciate.
