Your instrumentally inseminated breeder queen will produce drones that are
haploid, but these drones will not be identical to the original drone line
that you seek. These drones will only have their mother's genes.

The best you can achieve is that the instrumentally inseminated queen's
daughters will contain a portion of the original drone line genes and thus
the drones of these open mated daughters will also contain that portion.

The size of the 'portion' depends on how many alleles were identical in the
original instrumentally insemiated queen and the original drone line.
