Good point.  I don't know.  Personally, I'll prolly go no matter what,
so I didn't look for details.

The program should be finalised by now, so I expect that they can post
it to the site any time now.  I'll ask, and post here when they are
available on the site.

As for the fees, they are minimal, usually about $60 Canadian (~$45 US)
for the three days.
