Yoon,

Pity about your treasure trove of honey.
Seems to me that you have three choices:
1. Take a risk, keep it - but only use the honey for your personal consumption.
2. Have it tested; but in this case, what are you going to ask the lab. to test for? The whole gamut
of possible tests will no doubt be so expensive that financially it won't be worth it.
3. Dump it! - my preference!
