Feed them.
I'm serious. Have you ever watched a skunk eating bees? It's awfully
painful. I'm sure it is not their first choice.
It is like many things. If you can look throught he eyes of your enemy,
and see his problem, you may be able make a new friend.
The skunks around here only bother bees when times are tough for skunks.
Usually the offender is a mother skunk feeding kittens. Desperation
starts them eating bees, then habit forms.
Of course your (some of) your human neighbours may be horrified to see
skunks following you around at feeding time, so keep a low profile :)
