I just read an article that let me remember a question
asked on the list some months ago :
> "Can you name a necessary substance (not sugar),
> found in honey, but not syrup, that is not also
> found in far more massive quantities in pollen?"
The question was asked when discussing about honey
healing properties
This study identified some non-peroxyd inhibits
substances in lisozymes, flavonoides and aromatic
acides families (and others still not identified). I
confess the study does not precise if those susbtances
are present or not in pollen. The study also document
non peroxyd inhibs concentrations by floral origin.
