I got to the English version:  go to

(NOTE: this is a frame version of the site.  I have no idea how to do
this outside the 'frame' world.)

Then on the left side open the "Research" file by clicking on the "+"
sign then open the "Honey" file the same way.  Then click on
"crystall-english".
