I use a Minolta DiMage 7i, which cost about $1300 with
flash card, battery pack, etc. But that was last
December and they've come down since then. It is
capable of 5.0 megapixels, and macro, and takes great
photos. The only problem is the autofocus gets
confused when there are a lot of bees together at
different distances, and the manual focus is harder to
use than that of a 35mm.
