Any thoughts on using latex stains as a primer? I can get both mixmixed
latex stain, and good latex paint (often the normally $30/gal paint) from
home depot, sears or other places for $5/gal (Though last week I picked up
a 5gal bucket for $5 :)
I've been using stain as a primer for two years now. Seems to hold up just
fine, but 2 years isn't a really good test. Anyone else doing the same?
