Buckwheat is gross!!!!

Don't know how you guys can eat the stuff.   Stinks like a pig sty and makes
the honey house reak.

Interesting that buckwheat is black, or nearly so, in America.

Large areas are grown around my area (New Zealand) as seed multiplication
for the Northern Hemisphere.   The honey produced is around 35mm in colour.
Really just an amber colour.  Must be the different soils?
