I think you have an excellent idea...if there was some way to do collaborative research. There are so many eyes and ears of the collective BEE-L@LISTSERV membership. If we could develop and respond to proposals in some organized fashion our collective experiences would have great weight. A single or few researchers can better organize about a bee topic but hundreds of us could bring a statistical significance that could shorten the time to results.
