Wood frames and plastic foundation if I had to start over.  Top and bottom
would be wood.   No need to use embed wire in wax with plastic.   All supers
would be medium not a mix match of shallow and mediums.   In a few years I
might think about whether I should of used a mediums for broad and supers
but for now I still have my back.

Of course.. for comb honey... wax is the only way for me!
