I got my capsules and filler at Akins health food store, The brand name of
the filler is Cam-M-Quick and it fills size "0" capsules I also purchashed
the "tamper" for an extra $3 and it allows you to pack the capsules rather
tight.

I find that it takes about 10 teaspoons of pollen granules to fill 50
Capsules.
