With hindsight and not originally paying that much attention, I guess around
the edges of the watch, but not the glass itself. A greater density of
activity on the strap than the watch, but I would not guess any numbers.

If you are talking about battery powered watches I think this is unlikely on
two counts as the xtal oscilator runs at a handful of MHz and the power
involved is very low indeed, so any radiated signal would be difficult for
any system to detect.
A ticking clockwork watch can be heard at many feet in favourable conditions
(by humans that is), I am not sure what the effect would be on the hairs on
the bee's exoskeleton, I guess pretty small.
