I called them up and talked to Fred who, was very helpful.

He gave me a price of about 42c/lb in skid (a ton?  FOB a town near
Demoines, Iowa and  he'll be following up with some more info beyond what is
at http://www.iicag.com/beepol.html

Appently the salmonella reference is screwed up and should read 'salmonella
free'.
