Hi,

What an outstanding article, I am glad it was raining in your area so you found time to pen it.

I had one tid-bit to share with you.

It is about the concern of the starch in the powdered sugar.

There are often times recipes for cooking where powdered sugar is needed, but with no starch.

The way this is done is you take regular old sugar, and put it in a food-processor or blender and you put it on high and you make your own powdered sugar. This works like a champ and you have the product you need with no starch.
