Hey Bill. How are the girls doing? They had a nice flight the other day, Jan.
28. If this weather keeps up, they aughta winter well. Even the 4-way mini-nucs
have a little brood already. Boy, I'm getting excited.
About "niche markets." Vermont honey would be one. "Organic" would be
another. "How about "varietal" honeys. Then, too, there's "bakery grade."
Couldn't tell you how much is sold in some special way. Would be difficult to
find out, unless you did some kind of survey.....
