George mentioned flavored creamed honeys.  Three questions there:

        One: Where can recipes for flavored creamed honeys be found?
        Two: Assuming that they use a fruit concentrate, can you recommend
sources?
        Three: In the US, doesn't the mixing of things with the honey
require a "food processor's License" with all of the associated inspections
and such?
