Formic acid use has only been made legal since Betterbee was able to pack it
as a gel, known as Apicure.  None of that has been shipped yet.  The first
shipments are supposed to be made in March.

Maybe the bee supply house that you mentioned is telling false tales about
Apicure
because they DON'T sell it.  I suggest you check.
