I have been listening to the discussion about allergic reactions with much
interest.
It seems that there are as many different reactions as there are individuals
that get stung.
In case any one is interested one of the best articles I have ever seen
concerning allergies to venomous insects is chapter 27 of The Hive and the
Honey Bee.(my edition is 1992)
I think that the chart on page 1217- "normal and allergic reactions to
insect stings" helps an individual decide where they are with their level of
sensitivity.
