<Lisa, I've had mothers in other situations (induced lactation and relaction) tell me they were expressing "regularly" or "frequently", and when I have 
asked for specifics, they think three times a day is frequent. This 
perception is common. >

I have learned to be specific, too.  It reminds me of my days working in outpatient mental health when I'd ask about alcohol use.  i quickly learned to ask how big that "one glass" was when i discovered the glass was a 32oz goblet.

What led to birth at 31weeks?  Could that be a contributing factor?
