Not that I know of. I guess the rationale is if her urine is dilute she's 
trying to dilute out the drugs in her system so she's not caught. The logic 
is flawed but I'm sure some people drink a lot of water to fool the system. 
There's nothing she or a lab can do to fix this unless she drinks less. Rock 
and a hard place. She needs to drink to avoid dehydration but then she can't 
use her breastmilk.
I'm not aware anemia will cause overly dilute urine.
