Thanks for sharing your success story! It's *not* a small story! It's a
triumph! Every little incident like this helps to open the window between
health care professionals and women/babies/breastfeeding. The mother & baby
benefitted, the mother was empowered by successfully acting on her & babe's
behalf, and the doc learned, or at least heard that *this* mother cared
enough to find out what was in her & her baby's best interest and that
breastfeeding was a high priority for her. Not just some little "extra" that
she'd indulge in for a while if nothing got in the way.
