Thanks for sharing. And thanks for writing the chapter. Having a ref like
this will help immensely and will have a great ripple effect I'm sure. Often
the mother kind of knows she really does not have to stop bf, she's read it
somewhere before. And even if the hcp is not budging, often the mother will
be empowered after seeing the ref. The way I handle it [usually discovered
on a f/u call that she was advised to supplement or d/c bf] is to say "I
disagree with that advice. I would recommend xxx" and here you can give the
refs and the rationale.
