In my experience during the last 21 years, babies may breastfeed prior to the
circ., and they may feed after the proceedure, caution is in the positioning
of the baby.  I have seen the Rabbi dip gause in wine and let the baby suck
on the gause. I have never seen any ABM given prior to the proceedure.   This
poor boy need to be fed before the proceedure.  IMHO-Martha A.Rhea, IBCLC
