That's exactly what I was thinking because he's acting like I act when I try to do stuff on the computer! You know, the things I don't do often enough to feel confident about them.

Subject: A post from grandma

Dear Friends:

Ines describes a baby that is not yet certain to latch easily each feed,
although improvements are seen.

Is the mother responding to the first feeding cue? Is the baby's ease in
latch related to the degree of fullness of the breast; perhaps the mother
could express off a little milk to help.

Could this baby be recovering from any labor analgesia? Are there competing
factors in the situation to take mom's attention away from baby? Could this
behavior be related to just basic human learning.............once we learn
to do something, thre is still an uncertainty with doing it right every
single time.

What about as much s2s as possible for the next few days and keep the mother
and baby on the road to full breastfeeding rehabilitation.

warmly,
Nikki Lee
