Hi,

Can't really help with information about the Methotrexate, but I had an ectopic pregnancy when my daughter was 15mnths old. At the time I was donating milk to another woman for her child. The first symptom I had of pregnancy was that my milk supply was greatly reduced - I could barely express a thing. The next symptom was severe pain! :( After the pregnancy was removed along with my fallopian tube and ovary my milk supply returned. Throughout, my daughter fed, but I couldn't express anything. That daughter breastfed til she was 7 years old - so in no way was it a show stopper.

Warm Regards
