Weaned Baby#1 at 22mos. about halfway through 2nd pg.; she would have been willing to keep on nursing if I had known better!  Conceived baby #3 when #2 was 24 mos., nursed thru pg; #2 2yrs. 9mos. at #3's birth; #2and #3 tandem nursed with #2 weaning at 3 1/2yrs.  Conceived #4 when #3 was 13 mo., #3 being 22 mos. at his brother's birth.  Tandem nursed until #3 was 4yrs.  #4 weaned at about 4 1/2yrs.  All 4 were full-term.  No one complained about taste or lack of milk through any of my pregnancies.  As an interesting note, the youngest three, who all tandem nursed, get along better than with #1 who I weaned during 2nd pg!

Has anyone read "The Baby Whisperer"?  Don't remember the author's first name but last name is Hogg.  She has been on some of the news shows here in U.S. recently.  My LC partner said that a mother had called recently to ask about the book.  Information, anyone?
