Baby has probably developed a lot of bad habits in the first 4 mo with TT to 
enable self to protect airway and get milk out.  I hope someone like Cathy 
may have some ideas for you.  Lately I've seen several moms with somewhat 
older than newborn (3 wks, several months) do better with laid back nursing 
style.  Pat in SNJ
