Yes, nice and positive and supportive.

But *why not get the info right*???? :( :(

"Additionally, nursing mothers must watch what they ingest."

No, they don't.

" They need to limit their intake of fish with high mercury levels:"

No they don't - not really, not to the extent of it being an imposition.

", curtail excessive alcohol"

Well, I suppose so, but that goes for anyone caring for a baby.

" and caffeine consumption"

Not really.

"Also, nursing can be very tiring."

Not really - no more than caring for any baby.

" In the beginning, the infant may breastfed every two to four hours
for 10 to 20 minutes on each breast."

Aaaargh! Time tables and schedules and expectations! Babies do not
usually feed this way at any time of their lives - I get calls all
the time from women worried because their baby feeds more/less time
than '10 to 20 minutes on each breast' and babies may well feed more
often than two hourly.

" Mom may be able to get some much needed rest if she pumps her milk
and lets dad take a few of the feedings, especially the nighttime
ones."

OK, it's an option, but......

Am I being picky?
