We don't either....but are thinking about it and probably could be done
easily by assigning assigning a code - perhaps A- brief  <  than 15 minutes
b - intermediate - 15 - 30 minutes and c - extended - greater than 30
minutes.  This could easily be tallied as you go and then billed for a total
time at the end of each day by secretarial support or by power chart if your
hospital has such a thing.
