Julie:  After further consideration, I can't stress strongly enough that
taking a product with Ephedra at the dose recommended (and moreover,
weaning an 8 month old for it) would be a big mistake.  Young people who
didn't know that they had underlying health problems have DIED with doses
as low as 36 mg of Ephedra.
