I have permission to post. I had a mother of 6 children, currently breastfeeding her 5 month old, call me today regarding a cleansing diet and toxins in her breastmilk. She recently was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. She will be seeing a specialist within the next several weeks. She knows the meds will not be compatible with BF. She has read about a cleansing fasting diet of a juice from lemons mixed with cayenne peppers. She wants to reduce her lab vakues so she does not have to stop BF. She plan to pump and dump while on this diet for 7-10 days but her question is then when can she resume BF?
