I, too, worked with a mom who was not able to produce more than 15ml of 
milk at a time with her 4th and 5th child, and the only new factor with these 
last two children was the intro of Zoloft. Breastfeeding lasted about 3 weeks. 
Fenugreek, Reglan, power pumping and SNS feedings all failed.

This same mom had ample supply with her first three children. I would love to 
hear a possible explanation about the mechanisms behind Zoloft and how this 
could happen.
