Anecdotally I have know of this once before.  The mom's water broke at 28
weeks, she was on terbutiline and was leaking but not engorged.  She put off
labor until 34 weeks I believe, lactated normally but gave up quickly due to
a sleepy baby.  (A different one.)  She is a teen mom with poor local
support for breastfeeding via one of the high schools.  I'm thinking of
getting involved with this program for that reason....
