I know of women who came up with severe pruritic rashes in late pregnancy or
early postpartum, but not of any where prednisone suggested.

Do you know if dose pack was recommendation? This way larger doses are given
in the early days and drug given in decreasing amounts over about a week.
Don't know if this administration would make a difference. What does
pedi/infant's primary care provider say?
