Does anyone remember an journal article on desatting infants when they are placed in car seats for long periods, or preemie infants
who are at risk for respiratory distress? I remember reading this about car seats and even slings, but now can't find the reference which my pedi office would like to have. I searched the archives, but not as thoroughly as I will later today when I am more awake... Any help would be appreciated, and you can email me privately.
As LC in this office, I rec slings quite often, and would like to know what cautions I should issue.
